Euroramp manuelle Rampe

Die manuelle EuroRamp-Rampe ist eine Lösung, die Fahrzeuge für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich macht. Sie lässt sich leicht und einfach aus- und einfahren, ohne dass man sich an den Griffen festhalten muss.

Sie wird am Heck des Fahrzeugs installiert und ist mit einer Schwenkoption erhältlich. Sie ist aus Aluminium gefertigt und hat eine rutschfeste Oberfläche.

Bei Rehatrans bieten wir Protektor-Systeme zur Verankerung von Rollstühlen an. Der Verankerungsprozess wird durch die Gurte vervollständigt, die der Fahrgast im Becken und über den Schultern tragen muss.

Smartfloor Doppelboden

Reduced VAT on the purchase, adaptation or repair of vehicles for people with disabilities

Taxed at 4%:

1. Sales of vehicles intended for the transport of disabled persons in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility, irrespective of who the driver of the vehicle is, provided that the following requirements are met:

That at least 4 years have elapsed since the registration of another vehicle in similar conditions. However, this requirement shall not be demanded in cases of total loss of the vehicles, duly accredited.
That they are not the object of a subsequent transfer by „inter vivos“ acts during the period of four years following the date of their registration.
That the disability certificate is previously obtained from the IMSERSO or the managing body corresponding to the Autonomous Community that has transferred its management. In this case, prior recognition of the acquirer’s right by the Tax Administration is required before purchasing the vehicle. The purpose of the vehicle must be justified.

2. Adaptation services for the following vehicles:

Autotaxis and autoturismos for the transport of disabled persons.
Vehicles for the regular transport of disabled persons or persons with reduced mobility, regardless of who the driver is.

3. Repair services for special vehicles for persons with reduced mobility (tare weight not exceeding 350 kg and speed not exceeding 45 km/h) and wheelchairs for the exclusive use of disabled persons.

The repair of wheelchairs, other than those for the exclusive use of disabled persons, which, due to their objective configuration, can be used to replace their physical disabilities, are taxed at 10%.

The repair of other vehicles is taxed at 21%, even if they are intended for the transport of disabled persons or persons with reduced mobility.

The following means of proof shall be admissible:

The ownership of the vehicle in the name of the person with a disability.
That the acquirer is the spouse of the person with disabilities or has a direct or collateral family relationship up to and including the third degree.
That the acquirer is registered as a common-law partner of the person with disabilities in the Register of couples or common-law unions of the Autonomous Community of residence.
That the acquirer has the status of guardian, legal representative or de facto guardian of the person with disabilities.
That the acquirer proves cohabitation with the disabled person by means of a certificate of census registration or by having the tax domicile in the same dwelling.

For the purposes of applying the 4% VAT rate on the purchase of a vehicle, reduced mobility must be accredited by means of a certificate or resolution issued by the Institute for the Elderly and Social Services (IMSERSO) or the competent body of the corresponding Autonomous Community.

Persons with reduced mobility will be considered, in any case, as persons with reduced mobility:

Blind or visually impaired persons and, in any case, those affiliated to the Spanish National Organisation of the Blind (ONCE) who accredit their membership of the same by means of the corresponding certificate.
Holders of the parking card for people with disabilities issued by Local Corporations or, where applicable, by the Autonomous Communities, who, in any case, must have the certificate or resolution issued by the Institute for the Elderly and Social Services (IMSERSO) or the competent body of the corresponding Autonomous Community, accrediting reduced mobility.
