The General Contracting Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between Multi-auto Palma S.L. and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it is understood that the activity that Multi-auto Palma SL. carries out through the Website includes the rental of motor vehicles on the Island of Mallorca.
In addition to reading these Conditions, before accessing, browsing and/or using this website, the User must have read the Legal Notice and the General Conditions of Use, including the cookies policy and the privacy and data protection policy of (insert link).
By using this Website or by making and/or requesting the purchase of a product and/or service through this Website, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by all of the above, and if the User does not agree to all of the above, the User should not use this Website.

Multi-auto Palma S.L. reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Conditions. 4. Availability
All purchase orders received by Multi-auto Palma SL. through the website are subject to the availability of the products and/or that no circumstance or cause of force majeure (clause nine of these Conditions) affects the supply of the same and/or the provision of the services. Multi-auto Palma S.L. undertakes to provide the service within a maximum of 30 days from the day after the request for the service is made.
The availability of services offered by Multi-auto Palma S.L. may vary depending on the service. In the event of non-execution due to unavailability, Multi-auto Palma S.L., as soon as it becomes aware of this situation, will notify the client by means of an e-mail. The period of this communication shall in no case exceed a maximum period of 30 days. Multi-auto Palma S.L. will be able to give the customer the double option of: offering the customer a service of similar characteristics or of superior quality without an increase in price, or, except for justified and demonstrable reasons by Multi-auto Palma S.L., within this same period, paying the sums paid for the cancelled service.

5. Prices and payment
The prices displayed on the Website are final prices, in Euros (€) and include taxes, unless otherwise indicated and applied by legal requirement, especially with regard to VAT. TALLERES ANCALFE SL only performs services in the BALEARIC ISLANDS (Island of Mallorca exclusively) charging an amount of Euros for the expenses derived from the contracted service. In any case, the corresponding invoice will detail the costs relating to the contracted service.
Under no circumstances will the Website automatically add additional costs to the price of a product or service, but only those that the User has voluntarily and freely selected and chosen.
Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the User has already received an order confirmation.
The customer may pay the amount of his service by choosing any of the following methods of payment and during the purchase process he must indicate his choice: VISA or MASTERCARD credit card and Bank Transfer.
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.
Likewise, your credit card details are entered directly on the bank’s website, at the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank) and are not entered or registered on any Multi-auto Palma S.L. server.
When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code that coincides with the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction. This payment method is only valid on the website.
When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and credit entries will be made as soon as possible on the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder. However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for refund was not the consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the cardholder shall be obliged to Multi-auto Palma S.L. to compensate the damages caused as a consequence of said cancellation.
6. Right of withdrawal and reimbursement of payment
In cases where the User purchases products on or through the Website of the owner, he/she is entitled to a series of rights, as listed and described below:
Right of Withdrawal
The customer shall have a minimum period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the contract, from the day of conclusion of the contract, without penalty and without stating the reasons.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be notified by telephone to 971430767, by sending an e-mail to multiauto@multiautopalma.com, by sending a letter to our postal address Gran Vía Asima 27, CP 07009, PALMA DE MALLORCA (ILLES BALEARS), or by using the withdrawal form.
The User, regardless of the means chosen to communicate their decision, must clearly and unequivocally express that it is their intention to withdraw from the purchase contract.
According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.
The User acknowledges that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as stated in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. Users will not have the right of withdrawal when the provision of the service has been completely executed, or when it has begun, with the express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgement on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by Multi-auto Palma SL. they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
If the client requests that the provision of the service begins during the withdrawal period, he/she will be obliged to pay the amount proportional to the part of the service provided at the moment he/she has communicated his/her withdrawal, in relation to the object of the contract.
Reimbursement of payment
The reimbursement of the amounts received by the client will be carried out using the same means of payment used by the client, unless otherwise stipulated.
Multi-auto Palma S.L. will pay the amounts paid by the customer within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal. The transport costs of collecting the product will be paid by the purchaser.
7. Exemption from liability
Multi-auto Palma SL. limits its liability in the following cases:
- Multi-auto Palma SL. applies all measures concerning to provide a faithful visualization of the product on the Web Site, however it is not responsible for the slightest differences or inaccuracies that may exist due to lack of screen resolution, or problems of the browser used or others of this nature.
- Technical failures that for fortuitous or other reasons, prevent normal operation of the service through the Internet. Lack of availability of the Web Site for maintenance or other reasons, which prevents the availability of the service.
- In general, Multi-auto Palma SL. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of the obligations assumed, when the same is due to events beyond our reasonable control, i.e. due to force majeure, and this may include, but is not limited to: o Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action. o Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparations for war. o Fire, explosion, storm, flood, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster. o Inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transportation, public or private. o Inability to use public or private telecommunication systems. o Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority. In this way, the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the cause of force majeure continues, and Multi-auto Palma SL. will have an extension in the term to fulfill them for a period of time equal to the duration of the cause of force majeure. Multi-auto Palma SL. will use all reasonable means to find a solution that will allow us to fulfill our obligations despite the force majeure cause.
8. Full agreement
These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and Multi-auto Palma SL in relation to the object of sale and replace any other prior agreement, arrangement or promise made verbally or in writing by the same parties.
The User and Multi-auto Palma SL acknowledge having consented to the conclusion of a contract without having relied on any statement or promise made by the other party, except for what is expressly mentioned in these Conditions.
